I threw this stir-fry together for a quick dinner. It turned out pretty good and the sauce was really flavorful!

1 package extra-firm tofu
red, yellow, green and orange bell peppers
bean sprouts
water chestnuts

3T teriyaki sauce
2T low sodium soy sauce
1t rice wine vinegar
1/2 t sesame oil
2t honey
1t sriracha

Sear cubed tofu in oil in a nonstick skillet. Remove and drain on paper towel-lined plate. Stir-fry veggies and add tofu back in. Add sauce and heat through. Top with black sesame seeds and serve with rice.
