I bought some fresh soba noodles from a local Asian market, and decided to make a tofu stir-fry dish to go with them. I seared cubed tofu in vegetable oil, set it aside on paper towels to drain. I then stir-fried broccoli and red onions, threw in some garlic, and a little water to let the broccoli steam for a minute. Then I tossed the noodles in (which I cooked according to the package directions) with the vegetables and added the tofu back in. I added some teriyaki sauce and black sesame seeds and simmered until the tofu was warm again. Yum!
