My friend Todd has a pretty insane garden behind his house. I went there to pick up a rhubarb plant a few weeks ago, and he ended up giving me tons of veggies too. I've been using the garlic almost every day, and Dino has made fajitas twice with a variety of peppers that we got from Todd. This was the weirdest looking pepper of the bunch - and I'm pretty sure it was the one that gave this batch of fajitas a lot of kick!

So Dino made fajitas in our cast iron skillet. Boy are they good! It's pretty simple - he just uses salt and pepper, tomato paste and a splash of V8 to season up the chicken, peppers and onions. We put them on flour tortillas smothered with sour cream and enjoy! Yum!
