Dino's band rehearsed at our house tonight, so I wanted to make a tasty meal for them. I picked Skillet Lasagna and it was a huge hit! It's one of our favorites, so I knew it'd go over well. I can't always find meatloaf mix, so I used ground sirloin instead. If you haven't tried this yet, you simply must! It's like lasagna for busy nights - rustic and delicious!
