I love goat cheese. It's one of those things that used to sound scary to me, but that I now couldn't live without. I wanted a nice snack, so I took some goat cheese, rolled it into a log (I used wax paper to keep it from getting too sticky on my hands) and then rolled it in some sweet paprika and freshly chopped herbs (chives and parsley) from my garden. I spread it on some crackers and went to town. It was a great "fancy" snack that went perfectly with a nice glass of wine after a long day.
