Ranch Dressing II

I wanted to find a homemade ranch dressing recipe, and this one didn't even require a trip to the store! You have to remember to make it about a half hour ahead of time so that it has time to chill, but it's totally worth it! It was fresh and free from MSG and other nastiness. It would be great jazzed up with some Parmesan cheese, too. I'm going to try the buttermilk variation next time. I put it on a salad of arugula, mushrooms, red onions, grape tomatoes, cucumber, cheddar and hard-boiled egg. Yum!

"This ranch dressing is great because it doesn't have all the chemicals and preservatives that many do. You can also use buttermilk in place of the sour cream, if you like."
