I put in a request for chicken fajitas again - Dino makes the best ever! He uses the cast iron skillet and sautés onions, bell peppers and jalapenos and mixes them with chicken and some tomato paste, salt and pepper and the secret ingredient - a splash of V8. We eat them on tortillas slathered with sour cream. It's one of my favorite meals, and I'm so glad he agrees to make it for me so often :)
