I made this cole slaw to go with my mom's Sloppy Joes. This one is her recipe, too. It's great because it's sweet with just the right amount of tang from the cider vinegar. This time around, I used the slicing disc attachment for my food processor to get long strands of cabbage instead of shredding it into tiny chunks like I used to. It worked out really nice. It's a creamy, delicious cole slaw.
