We took a road trip back to my hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana to visit my family, and one of the things that I really wanted to do was cook for my grandma. I used to cook with her all the time, and I haven't had the chance to cook for her since I've honed my cooking skills. I decided to make a few hits that have worked for me at home before. The main course was this wonderful Roast Chicken with Rosemary that's easy and delicious. The meat stays super moist, and the skin gets golden brown and crispy. The sauce is rich and comforting, and accentuates the meat perfectly.
