We have some friends that have a family-run Angus farm up in Ghent, NY. In addition to beef, they also raise chickens, and we finally got to try some of these beauties. Farm fresh eggs are so much richer and tastier than the usual ones you can buy in the store. Dino cooked a few of these up with some toast and home fries (made in the cast iron skillet from the potatoes that I boiled but we didn't end up using on St. Patty's day when my crockpot died). If you're able to try farm fresh eggs, I highly recommend it. They're delicious!
