This pie is one of my favorite things on earth. I've been lucky enough to grow up with such a unique pie (thanks to a few of my aunts who made it for most holiday celebrations), and I brought that tradition to NY with me. My in-laws cooked Easter dinner, so I told them that I wanted to bring dessert. This sweet, tart pie was the perfect end to a lovely dinner.
