I made a salad for lunch with some fresh oak leaf lettuce from the Garden Fairy. The greens from her garden are really superb! I roasted some beets in the oven and sliced those up along with some tomatoes, shallots and orange bell peppers, sprinkled on some feta cheese crumbles, fleur de sal and freshly cracked black pepper, and dressed it with some good olive oil and balsamic. It was delicious!
