I'm on a roll with cooking again this week! I'm so glad that I've been feeling OK enough to get back into the kitchen. I'm sticking to some of our favorites, like this Skillet Lasagna for now, and hopefully I'll be back to trying adventurous food again soon. I definitely want my baby to get used to enjoying lots of different types of food! This turned out great, as always. It's pretty easy to put together, and it's perfect with some garlic bread (I mix butter with a lot of garlic powder and some dried oregano and slather it onto some Italian bread and broil it until it's nice and brown and crunchy on top). Yum!
