It has officially become a tradition - we feel the need to make these Smoked Memphis-Style Ribs every year on the 4th of July. These are just awesome, and with the step-by-step directions that Dino put together back in 2009, we have a really nice reference on how to prepare them. This time around, we didn't buy the ribs early enough, so we didn't even bother letting them marinate, and they still tasted fantastic. Just slightly less fantastic than usual, but they really were superb. We love these with the addition of homemade BBQ sauce. My brother and his girlfriend gave these 4 enthusiastic (and BBQ sauce covered) thumbs up!
Happy 4th of July, everyone :)
