I made a quick salad to go with the Thai Chicken Pizza. I sliced some cucumbers and shallots (this photo is from a different time when I used green onions, which is also good). I whisked together some honey, rice vinegar and a bit of sesame oil and added the veggies to it, tossing to coat. It was a nice accompaniment to the pizza.
