I asked Dino if he wanted to have pasta before the hurricane potentially made us lose power, so he got to work on the sauce. I mixed up some garlic butter to make garlic bread. I used some hot dog buns that we had and slathered them with a mix of butter (I use soy butter since Dino is lactose intolerant), a lot of garlic powder, dried parsley and a bit of fresh parsley. I broiled them until they were golden and crispy and delicious. This is my favorite way to make garlic bread at home. Yum!
