I had a few ripe tomatoes in my garden that I needed to use up, so I made a really tasty sandwich. I drizzled some good balsamic and olive oil on a kaiser roll and topped it with sliced brie, roasted peppers, tomatoes, basil, some fleur de sal and freshly cracked black pepper.
