Pork Fried Rice with Peanut Sauce



I had leftover rice and peanut sauce from some Thai takeout that we got a few days ago, and I had 2 pork chops left in the fridge, so I decided to make a fried rice. I added soy sauce, green onions, frozen peas, red onions, and rice vinegar. It turned out pretty good. The peanut sauce gave it a lot of extra flavor, which was nice.
