We wanted to make another batch of these Spicy Sautéed Beet Greens with Garlic Chips to go with Dino's parents' birthday dinner. They had never tried beet greens before, and they both really loved them! It's funny - before I tried beet greens, I used to ask the farmers at the Farmers' Market to cut the greens off for me (because they take up so much room in the refrigerator drawer), but now that I want the greens, I noticed that a lot of the farmers have them pre-cut and nowhere to be seen. D'oh!
