Asian Turkey Sliders with Chili Garlic Mayo

I had some ground turkey leftover from when I made Crock Pot Turkey White Bean Pumpkin Chili a few days ago, and I thought it would be good to make burgers. We took a walk over to the grocery store and brainstormed ideas for what to make. We decided on an Asian inspired burger, and we thought it would be more fun to make sliders. Dino loves making flavored mayos, so we did a spicy mayo to go on top. We didn't have any Thai basil, so we used a combination of mint and cilantro. These were really tasty! The combination of flavors worked really well, and the kick from the mayo was great. The fish sauce is such a great addition - it adds a ton of depth to the burgers.
