

We wanted to take our baby out to the farm for a lunchtime picnic today, and I put together a salad of CSA goodies, plus some shallots that I had in the fridge. I used some red and yellow tomatoes, radishes and parsley from the farm. Then I dressed it simply with some really good olive oil, aged balsamic, fleur de sal and freshly cracked black pepper. It was fantastic!
