Greek-ish Arugula Salad





I made a pretty tasty salad for lunch with some baby arugula, chunks of avocado, grape tomatoes, slices of red bell pepper and cucumber. I topped it with a healthy dose of crumbled feta, a few grinds of black pepper and some sea salt. I dressed it with a really nice olive oil and some of my favorite fig balsamic. Totally hit the spot!
