When I saw this post over on my friend Amy's blog, I just knew I had to make this for myself. I didn't have any earl gray lavender tea, but I had earl gray and I had dried lavender, so I used that - just added a pinch of lavender to the cup. This was really nice and comforting. I'd probably go with a little less honey next time. I used some local wildflower honey and it was just a tad too sweet for my liking. I'd probably try it out with 1 1/2 teaspoons first and sweeten it further from there if necessary. This was a really nice, different treat to help relax at the end of a long day. I'll definitely make it again!
