We had some friends over for dinner, and I wanted to make something that I've made before that was fairly easy to put together. I made a double batch of Maple-Glazed Chicken with Apple-Brussels Sprout Slaw with some Brussels sprouts and apples that I picked up from the Farmers' Market Saturday morning. I love the crispness of the slaw, and the sweetness of the maple glaze is wonderful. Everyone enjoyed this one!
