Anything with Nutella is good in my book, but this was spectacular. Thanks, baby!
ReplyDeleteI pretty much figure I can go my whole life without eating tofu, but now that you've gone and made this fabulous sounding dip, I am very tempted to try this. Please tell me you can't taste the tofu.
ReplyDeleteTruly is there anything better then nutella in this world- sometimes I wonder. Heavenly!
ReplyDeleteOh, this sounds really good!
ReplyDeleteI looove nutella too! But hey, doesn't nutella have milk in it??

Katy - This doesn't taste like tofu at all! It's like chocolate hazelnut pudding. This one and the Tofu Rigatoni Casserole that I make are 2 that could possibly change your mind about tofu! The casserole makes the tofu take on a ricotta-like quality. You should check it out if you're feeling brave sometime :)
ReplyDeleteAna - You're right! It's weird - for some reason certain things don't bother his stomach too much. He can eat certain cheeses and yogurt is fine. Other things are really rough. Some days I'll make dinner and tell him to break out the bottle of Lactaid haha!
Bought the ingreds, making it tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteBTW, you might want to take "vegan" out of your labels list--Nutella isn't vegan (dairy).
Thanks for the reminder, chefchipdes - I didn't realize that it had dairy in it until Ana mentioned that, and I forgot all about the tag. Good catch :) Hope you enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteNutella is versatile. It seems it glorifies so many different dishes.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds scrumptious.
hi Ashley, I know how it is with the lactose intolerance.
ReplyDeleteMy son also has it and can handle yogurt and parmesan cheese just fine, but most dairy products bother him. However, Nutella seems not to be a problem for him either, I guess there isn't much milk in there to give him trouble. He loves nutella and has never complained after eating it!
And oh yeah, somedays the lactaid has to be called and cheese comes into play!
I love cheese, and nutella too!!
