I made rhubarb custard pie again - but this time I bought frozen pie crust. The good news is that it was shallower so I was able to make TWO pies, the bad news is that it didn't taste AS good as the one I make. But that's OK - I think I learned that I should get smaller pie pans now so that the pies cook more evenly. The deep dish one I currently have makes it tricky to time pies.
