I made another favorite for lunch - falafel. I've raved about it here before, so all I'll say is that this is the best falafel recipe EVER and you really must try it. It's a wonderful, delicious and comforting vegetarian meal. Yum
I haven't been able to make another falafel recipe since I found this one...it's SO tasty. My husband works in NYC and says it's as good as the best he's had there, if not better :)
Darn, I still haven't gotten around to trying this. It's still in my stash with the 1,000 other must-makes.
