Dill Chicken Paillards with Tomato-Dill Relish

This is one of my favorite, easy, fresh, summery recipes. I've made it several times, and it's always a hit! It's a really quick marinade, which makes it great for weeknight meals. This time around, I served it with leftover couscous from last night.
