We went to Wilkens Farm in Yorktown Heights - it's our 2nd year going there. We love it! I've made a few things with the apples so far, and I'm a few posts behind, because I had house guests for the weekend, but they'll be up soon! I made an apple parsnip soup tonight that was really good, and some apple bars last night that were good (but not amazing).
Where do you go apple picking...we are heading out today. any good apple recipes to share?
