It's hard to beat pulled pork for a sandwich and so many other dishes. I rubbed one about 1pm today and it's been sitting on the counter waiting to hit the smoker in about 30 minutes.
Is there anything better than pulled pork!! I love it like that- this looks like such a nice mix of spices-I'm glad I caught it the second time around. :)
