Red Velvet Valentine Pancakes

Dino made these pancakes again, but this time he added 1 tablespoon of Dutch process cocoa powder and 5 drops of red food coloring to make Valentine-themed pancakes. His mom gave us some heart-shaped pancake molds for Christmas, and it's the first time we've used them. The pancakes were light and fluffy and adorable.
