Farro, Avocado, Cucumber, and Cherry Tomato Salad

I made this recipe again (mostly because I wanted to be able to have it for lunch for a few days) and it turned out as awesome as ever. This time, I used some yellow, red, orange and brown cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, cucumber, cilantro and feta. This recipe never ceases to amaze me!

  1. I like the look of the salad. Would be lovely in the Summer. Farro is a nice ingredient. Incredibly healthy.

    Mainly we add it to things like stews though.
