Balsamic Roasted Pork Tenderloin

We had a friend over for dinner, so I wanted to make something simple that I've made before. I picked this pork recipe because it's one that we loved the last time I made it, and it's super easy for a weeknight. I served it with rice and black beans, topped with a little chopped red onion.

  2. This was perfect - and so easy. I served it with boiled potatoes with tons of chopped dill and a little butter and steamed asparagus. Thank you - it was absolutely recipe box worthy!
