Chinese New Year: Green Pepper Steak



I wanted to make something for Chinese New Year, and the recipe that I wanted to try out over on Jaden's blog called for nectarines, which I couldn't find at the store, so I opted for a quick stir-fry recipe that we've enjoyed several times. This recipe is really simple and quick, and great topped with some toasted sesame seeds.
