I wanted to make something quick for dinner tonight, so I made
one of our favorite pork chop recipes again. This time, I cooked them in a skillet instead of broiling them, and I think they turned out better than ever. I love the contrast of sweet and spicy in this one. I made rice and black beans on the side, as well as some roasted cauliflower.
I love it! Would like to try it sometime! :)
