I'm Back...on Taco Tuesday!

I have a bunch of posts to add tonight - I haven't been cooking a ton lately since Dino's surgery and the lovely cold I had that decided to stay with me for like 3 weeks. So I'm trying to get back into the swing of cooking regularly again now, and what better thing to make on a Tuesday than tacos?! I ran out of the taco seasoning mix that I made a while back, so this time around, I used an MSG free packet of seasoning. I've been doing turkey tacos a lot lately, so this time I went back to beef. They were great, as always! And now, I'm going back to post all of the things I've made for the last few weeks...they'll be backdated so they'll be in the right order, but if you read my blog in a RSS reader, you're going to experience what my friend Jerry (of derryX dines) calls a "blog dump".
