Maple-Mustard Pork Chops
I had a few pork chops left to use, so I decided to make this simple recipe again. This time around, I served it with rice and some hominy. Dino doesn't like hominy (he thinks it's too floral) but I love it. I always used to eat it with my grandpa, who would cook it with some pepper and bacon bits. We always used to pick the kernels out and eat them while they were heating up on the stove. The brand he used to get always had ONE golden kernel in with all of the white ones, which I loved. Anyway, I always think of my grandpa when I have hominy, and it's a simple thing to add on the side of any meal. Yum!
I remember you two eating that together! Just one of many memories.
