I wanted to bake something as a thank you to a very generous coworker of mine, who has been giving us a bunch of baby items that her boys have outgrown. This snickerdoodle recipe is one of our favorites, so I figured it would be a good one for this occasion. We had a few left over after I packaged them up for her, so I packed those up separately to bring down to the river to snack on while we watch the firework show tonight.
