Thai Chicken Pizza

I had a leftover pizza crust and some shredded chicken, so I decided to see what I could make with what I had on hand in my tiny kitchen. I came up with a Thai inspired chicken pizza, and it turned out pretty tasty! I used a whole wheat pizza crust, smeared a layer of sweet chili sauce on top, added a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and some shredded chicken and baked it until it was nice and melty. I sprinkled some chopped fresh basil, mint and green onions on top, as well as some chopped peanuts. I gave the pizza a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and we dug in.
