Petite Sirloin with Caramelized Onions

I bought some petite sirloin steaks and asked Dino if he would grill them up on the cast iron grill pan. I wanted some caramelized onions to go with them, and he got on it! He seasoned the steaks with salt and pepper, cayenne and garlic powder. He added a little brown sugar to the onions to help sweeten them up a bit more. I made mashed potatoes with green onions and a nice salad to go alongside. It was a nice meal, and a great team effort! Next time, I'll have to see if Ian wants to make a dessert for us ;)
