I wanted something low maintenance for dinner tonight, so I made up a batch of Sausage and Peppers again. This time, we bought a loaf of whole wheat ciabatta (Dino's favorite!) to make sandwiches with, and it was awesome! I was dipping the bread in the juices left in the dutch oven...yum!
I have Italian in-laws and sausage and peppers is their go to meal when feeding a crowd or just something easy to prepare that is delicious.
