Orzo with Garbanzo Beans, Goat Cheese, and Oregano



I made this orzo recipe again to go with the chicken dish that I made tonight. This is a pretty easy side dish, and it has a lot of flavor for only having a few ingredients. The goat cheese makes it really creamy, and the oregano and lemon juice liven the whole thing up.

  1. Wow that looks delicious! I LOVE goat cheese, orzo, and lemon, although not too big a fan of beans. I know, I'm odd. I bet it would be just as good without right?

    I'll have to test it out.
