I made this for a quick snack before dinner. It's really easy and very tasty! I took some slices of salami, patted them dry with a paper towel, spread a bit of Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb cheese spread, rolled them up, and voilá! Dino really loved these, and I think they'd even be "fancy" enough for a dinner party.
Usually I roll up sausage and salami. This could be a nice change.
