Mom's Pot Roast
Saturday felt like the perfect day to make a big, comforting meal, so I ran out to get all of the ingredients to make my mom's pot roast. That meal always makes me happy, and Dino really loves it, too. This time around, I used fingerling potatoes, and left them whole. I didn't take a new photo, but I think I will do it like this again next time. It worked better than new potatoes, or cutting up regular sized ones. Popping this in the oven makes the house smell amazing all day long, and you're rewarded with a nice, warm plate of comfort. Yum!
Wow that looks really good!!!
ReplyDeleteOne of my faves too!
