Turkey Three-Bean Chili
Keeping with the theme of foods that don't require much chewing, I decided to make another batch of our favorite chili. This time around, I used turkey and mixed up the beans (red beans, pinto beans and black eyed peas). I didn't add the spice that I usually add to it (no cayenne or chipotle this time around) since Dino's mouth is still sensitive, and I've had a killer sore throat. I had some avocados, and I thought they'd be good diced and added on top at the end, and it was a fantastic addition!
