Tofu Triangles in Creamy Nut Buttter Sauce with Scallions



This is the second time I've made this recipe. Last time, I used almond butter and this time I used peanut. Both times it was absolutely delicious! The only change I make is to pour in all of the sauce - half just didn't make sense to me, since it thickens up so nicely.
